Bronzed Oak Tree

Walked along the Cage Brook again yesterday and up into the field towardds Little Marsh. There are so many oaks. The recent frosts have turned the leaves bronze. Autumn is a magnificent time.

The oaks around the brook call to be worked with. One, at the top of the hill, even has a ring of big logs sround it all ready for us to sit on, tell stories, sing, do ritual. I promised him we would come and work there soon. It's certainly one of the places we'll use in the Wye's Women work.
